Weekly Meetings

Saint Isidore Youth Group will meet 7:00 - 8:30 PM on Wednesday evenings, normally in the cafeteria at CHS. This is a new time, beginning this fall.

We sometimes meet at other locations, as noted below. Each meeting opens with prayer and features an activity or a speaker. Visitors & parents are welcome.   • December 8:  No meeting scheduled.  Members are urged to attend Mass today for the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary the Mother of God.

Personal & Spiritual Growth, Service Opportunities, Fundraisers.

• September 12:  St. Isidore Bazaar. Youth members will work in the redemption booth and elsewhere as needed).
• September 18:   Retreat for all high school teens, at Camp Luther. Leave Columbus at 9:30 AM for a day of fun and faith-building,  From there, we will go up to Mount Michael for the youth rally (see below).
• September 18:  Mount Michael Youth Rally. Mass at 5:00 PM, followed by food and concert.
  • The cost for the whole day is $25 if you register by August 31.  You get 2 meals, transportation, Mass, music, adoration, and a T-shirt.  After August 31 it's $30, and no T-shirt.

• October 2, 9, or 30.  Omaha Overnight. Work at Siena/Francis and Heart Ministry Center.  Visit Scary Acres or laser tag.  Sunday Mass at Sacred Heart or St. Benedict the Moor.
• October 23.  Rummage Sale:
• October 24.  Roncalli High School.  Archdiocesan Youth Conference.

• July 8-10, 2011.  Steubenville Youth Conference in Springfield, Missouri.
• July 9-11, 2011.  Teens Encounter Christ (TEC), at Tintern.
• July 17-24. 2011.   Youth Mission 2011.
  
• August 15-21, 2011, Madrid, Spain. World Youth Day. The Archdiocesan group will be gone August 9-23.  Itinerary includes Fatima, Santiago de Compostela, Avila, and Madrid.  You need to be 18 at the start of this trip.

• November 17-19, 2011.  Indianapolis.  NCYC.
